JAYZPULLZ Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to make returns as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the guidance below carefully before sending anything back to us.

Cancelling an Order

  • If you cancel your order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order after dispatch, you must return the parcel:

    • Unopened

    • In the same condition it was received

    • With all original outer packaging intact

We cannot accept opened items.

If you cancel after dispatch:

  • You are responsible for return postage costs.

  • We are not responsible for delivery charges incurred returning the item.

  • We must receive the goods back before issuing any refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as UKTCG cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Returning an Item

Change of Mind Returns

  • You may return products within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Sealed products must remain sealed, including the outer mailing box or bag.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the collectible nature of booster packs and the potential for tampering (weighing, scanning, searching), all booster pack sales are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Faulty items may be reported within 30 days of receipt.

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please email jayzpullzcontact@gmail.com with:

    • Photos of the outer shipping box (showing shipping label)

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Do not open damaged sealed products, as we may require them returned.

Without photographic evidence, we may be unable to raise a claim with the courier.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If we have sent the wrong item or something is missing:

  • We will cover return and replacement shipping costs.

  • The incorrect item must be returned first.

  • The correct item will be dispatched once we receive the return.


Exchanges

If requesting an exchange:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery costs may be taken into consideration when processing the exchange.


Sealed Products with Manufacturer Issues

If a sealed item contains missing or damaged internal components:

We cannot send replacement parts for sealed products.


Refusing Delivery

If you no longer want your order after dispatch:

  • Refuse delivery at the door, OR

  • Keep the parcel sealed and apply a new return label.

Do not open the parcel. Opening may void eligibility for a refund due to risks of counterfeit, tampering, or resealing.


International Returns

If a parcel is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees:

  • The refund will be issued minus:

    • The original delivery cost

    • Any return charges incurred through the courier

  • Charges vary by country.


Lost Items

If your parcel has not arrived:

UK Customers

  • If sent via Royal Mail: Please allow 10 working days after the due delivery date.

  • If sent via DPD: Contact us 1 day after the expected delivery date.

International Customers

  • If sent via DPD: Contact us if it has not arrived within 10 days of shipping confirmation.

  • If sent via Royal Mail: Contact us after 30 days of non-delivery.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the courier investigation is completed.

Most claims are resolved within 14 days, though this may take longer during busy periods.


Vintage & Pre-2020 Products

Due to the unique and collectible nature of vintage items:

  • All products with an official release date prior to 2020 are final sale.

  • Vintage items are sold “as-is”.

  • They are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Signs of age-related wear may be present.

  • All items are inspected and sealed with a security tamper seal.

  • Once the tamper seal is removed, the item is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

Change of mind returns are not accepted for vintage or pre-2020 items.


Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for refund.

  • You must contact us within:

    • 14 days (standard returns)

    • 30 days (faulty items)
