This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with JayzPullz, a trading name of JayzPullz Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 4:00PM GMT (Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same business day.

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take longer.

Pre-orders are processed once stock is received and ready for dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
2. UK SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail and DPD.

3. DPD SAFE PLACE & NEIGHBOUR DELIVERIES
By default, we disable DPD safe place and neighbour delivery options to reduce risk of loss.
If you choose to:

Redirect your parcel

Authorise delivery to a safe place

Authorise delivery to a neighbour
via the MyDPD app,
you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivered according to your instructions.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected international destinations.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to:

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in shipping costs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
5. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment is completed.
6. TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY & RISK
Under UK consumer law:

Risk transfers to you once goods are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate.

If a parcel is confirmed delivered by the carrier to the correct address, we are not liable for theft after delivery.
If your order arrives:

Incomplete
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at uktcgcontact@gmail.com.
Photographic evidence may be required.
8. LOST, DELAYED OR MISROUTED PARCELS
While we work with reputable carriers, delays may occur due to:

Industrial action

Courier delays

Peak seasonal volumes

Events beyond our control
We are not liable for consequential losses caused by delivery delays.
If a parcel is lost in transit:

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Replacement or refund will be issued once the carrier confirms loss.
Carrier investigations may take up to 14 working days (UK) or longer internationally.
9. INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate.
If:

An incorrect or incomplete address is provided

A parcel is returned to us
The customer is responsible for:

Reshipping fees
-
Any additional carrier charges
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information supplied at checkout.
10. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a parcel is:

Refused at delivery

Not collected from a depot

Returned due to failed delivery attempts
We reserve the right to deduct:

Original shipping cost
-
Return shipping fees
-
Payment processing fees
before issuing any refund.
11. STORE COLLECTION ORDERS
Collection Window

Orders must be collected within 14 days of being marked “Ready for Collection.”

Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Stock will be returned to inventory.
Important Conditions

Store collection orders cannot be shipped after placement.

Orders cannot be amended, split, merged, or combined.
-
Each collection order is standalone.

Using multiple collection orders to extend the 14-day window is not permitted.
Refunds on Collection
Individual items may be refunded at the point of collection if no longer required.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, the 14-day collection window begins once the order is marked “Ready for Collection.”
12. HIGH-VALUE ITEMS
For higher value orders:

Signature confirmation may be required.

ID verification may be requested for collection.

Additional security checks may be performed before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders.
13. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We may restrict shipping of certain items due to:

If we cannot fulfil your order due to shipping restrictions, you will be contacted and refunded where appropriate.
