Card Condition

  • Card condition is assessed according to our grading standards.

  • Minor surface marks, centering differences, or print defects may occur.

  • Sealed products are not guaranteed for specific pulls.

  • We do not guarantee investment value.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit sales by region

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products at any time

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

  • Payment must be received before dispatch.

If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to supply the goods at that price.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy.

A contract is formed only when:

  • We send dispatch confirmation, or

  • The item is shipped.

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock errors

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Abuse of promotions

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  • Ownership passes once full payment is received.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

8. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS (UK CONSUMERS)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Exceptions may include:

  • Unsealed TCG products

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Opened sealed products

  • Items not returned in original condition

Refunds:

  • Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  • Original shipping may be deducted where permitted by law.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged or tampered with.

9. PRE-ORDERS

  • Pre-order dates are estimates.

  • Release dates may change.

  • We reserve the right to allocate stock fairly.

  • Cancellations may be subject to fees if payment processors do not refund fees.
